CMO SUMMIT CEE by Shortlist is a „by invitation only” & „must be” ciclycal event for marketing top managers, advertisers. The aim of the conference is to discuss trends, gain inspiration and analyze the most difficult challenges of todays’ marketing and communication industry.
On November 15th we had the opportunity to reach marketing top managers from across CEE region, and above, during CMO Summit CEE both in person in the studio in Warsaw and online thanks to live streaming.
This edition’s leitmotiv was WIND OF CHANGE – we all live in the world and times of permanent change and uncertainty of what the future will bring, and the future is closer that we expect, it happens now! Today’s CMOs, in order to implement or initiate the best transformational projects, strengthening the role of marketing as a contributor to business growth, have to be agile and ahead with the constant change and development.

Adam Puchalski works as Strategic Sales Lead at Httpool Polska. He deals with the development and implementation of sales strategies for all product teams (Brainly, Reddit, Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Tripadvisor, Twitter, WeTransfer), management of sales processes, including the exploration of industries with high growth potential in the area of performance marketing, and cooperation with media houses and advertising agencies. He has been working at Httpool since August 2019, initially as Spotify Client Partner, and then as Spotify Lead Poland. In this role, he managed a team selling ads on the Spotify platform.
Adam Puchalski started his professional career as a Financial Markets Analyst at X-Trade Brokers DM SA, he worked as a Business Analyst at Innogy Polska. In 2017-2018, he worked in eStoreMedia as a Client Partner of CXO for international clients, and immediately before moving to Httpool Polska in 2018-2019 at Metricso.com, as a Business Development Manager. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Global Business, Finance, and Governance.

The founder and CEO of Shortlist Consulting and founder of CMO Summit has over 25 years of experience in the marketing communication industry and in business development / new business.
Creator and host of program/videopodcast REKLAMIARA published on INNPoland magazine (NaTemat Group).
In the years 1995-2012 she worked in Polish and international structures of advertising agencies, incl. in Client Service and New Business in Gruppa 66 (today’s Ogilvy & Mather), Saatchi & Saatchi and for 15 years in DDB Group, where as Business Development Director she was responsible for the strategic development of companies within the group.
In 2013, she created Shortlist Consulting, the first company on the market focusing on pitch consulting, support in the development and implementation of business development strategies and in building client-agency relations. Shortlist also creates and organizes CMO Summit, “by invitation only” and “must be” events for top marketing managers and advertisers, as well as Marketing Benchmarks Summit conferences and CMO Breakfast and Procurement Caffee Talks, both in traditional and online form.
Marta is the initiator of the process of integration of procurement, marketing and advertising/marketing communication industry as well as a co-creator and organizer of cyclical events and conferences “In the pitch triangle”, focused on pitch issues and inter-industry dialogue.
She creates and conducts trainings re pitch procedures, business development / sales and client-agency relations building (ex. Brand Strategy School at SKM SAR, Procon and as part of the Shortlist Consulting offer).

In the years 2016-18 she was the Vice President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Ski Club WKN, the oldest skiing club in Poland that was established in 1923.
